valued Customers and Partners the termination of the following payment intermediary services:
- Electronic payment gateway service;
- Collection and disbursement support service;
- E-wallet service.
The official termination time of the payment intermediary services is
23:59:59 on 09/02/2027 (GMT+7).
For Customers with a remaining e-wallet balance:
Please withdraw the entire remaining balance in your e-wallet to your linked bank account.
For Partners / Merchants:
- Both parties will coordinate on reconciliation, complete payment obligations and settle all outstanding liabilities incurred up to the time of service termination.
- The service agreement between both parties will be officially liquidated in accordance with the agreed terms.
