Cross-Border Payment Collection & Remittance

Payment collection support service for foreign Merchants selling cross-border products and services into Vietnam, then transferring payment abroad in accordance with Vietnamese law (performed by Ngan Luong's affiliated commercial banks).

Description

The Ngan Luong Payment Gateway collects payment (in VND) for cross-border merchants (based abroad) from customers in Vietnam, supporting all popular payment methods: international cards, domestic cards, QR-Code, Mobile Banking, e-wallets, etc.

Ngan Luong's partner bank will transfer funds (converted to foreign currencies: USD, CNY, etc.) to cross-border merchants (based abroad) after deducting applicable taxes and fees as per Vietnamese laws on cross-border e-commerce transactions.

Cross-border merchants (based abroad) must comply with procedures and complete all documentation as per Vietnam's import-export regulations.
